We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to focus on businesses in industries that complement our management team’s background and expertise. We intend to target life science companies in North America and Singapore with a particular emphasis on companies developing assets and next-generation platform technologies with broad applicability. We believe our management team’s extensive investment and operational experience will allow us to identify and realize the full potential of these opportunities. We may also pursue a transaction in which our shareholders immediately prior to the completion of our initial business combination would collectively own a minority interest in the post-business combination company.
